We’re age 20 & 22. In school. Don’t receive insurance through work. Live in Michigan. No health problems right now (that we know of) lol. We can afford about to 0 per month. Looking for dental and a visit or two per year to a physician (checkups) for each of us and a deductible that can work around that and decent co pay.

I am looking for a good and reasonably priced health insurance provider for my 9 year old son. Insurance through my work is outrageous so I’m looking for an outside provider. His mother is suppose to have already put him on CHIP with the state of TX (by court order) but she refuses to do so for some reason. I hate the idea of him being without health insurance. Anyone had any good experiences with certain companies? Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

im a 23 year old student but i am taking a year off from school. my health insurance used to be student health insurance but now since im not enrolled i need to find a new provider. nothing is wrong with me and all i really need is to go to the dentist and maybe get a check up…. so im not looking so spend a fortune. can anyone suggest a link to a plan for me?

I have been fighting cancer for 7 years now and i am also in the middle of changing jobs. My current employer has given me health insurance but when i change jobs the 60 day probation period will put a gap in my insurance coverage. Since i have pre-existing condition for the new employer’s insurance a gap of coverage means they can deny me or charge me a lot of money for coverage and not to mention the treatment will not be able to continue without insurance. What are my options about this problem, I live in louisiana.

What is the best? I will be paying out of my pocket on my own.
I would like so meting with low deductible and low prescrioton cost.
My job currently pays for BCBS, however, now going independent, I will need something
like this. Im not too big of a fan of them.
