Not necessarily! Of course, a lot of heart attacks are painful and obvious, and include the stereotypical symptoms of crushing chest pain, radiating pains down your left arm, dizziness, and extreme difficulty breathing. However, according to CNN, nearly 60 percent of heart attacks are unrecognized and undiagnosed. They’re called silent heart attacks, but they could just as easily be called ignored heart attacks with symptoms so subtle, people often ignore them or chalk up their indigestion, back pain, or nausea to the flu, or overdoing it while cleaning out the garage. Dr. Stuart Sheifer is a cardiologist at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC. He says that silent heart attacks can be just as deadly as classic ones and need to be treated in a hospital with beta blockers, statin drugs, aspirin or other medications. Unfortunately, most people never even realize theyve had a heart attack. In fact, Dr. Sheifer says that your first and only symptom of a silent heart attack can be sudden death. So, how can you protect yourself? No matter how old you are, be super-vigilant about symptoms if you have any of the risk factors for heart disease, including obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, or lack of exercise. As well as if youre a smoker, or have a family history of heart disease. Sometimes there are NO symptoms but other times you may feel discomfort in your chest, arms or jaw that seem to go away after resting, shortness of breath and tiring easily

In this clip answers a question from the youtube crowd about adrenal stress. Please see the section on stress in Paul’s book “How To Eat Move & Be Healthy” www.chekinstitute.com http “HPA axis gets practice when you attempt to flip backwards after swallowing empty fire, then again when you wonder why your back hurts. Its ABsurdity that we flirt with disease because we never were told of the cold hard certainty that stress usurps our dreams and supresses the best of our essence from encircling the quadressence; and some would say purposefully” – Paul Chek Jr
