Manzil is a collection of Ayaat and short Surahs from the Quran that are to be recited as a means of protection and antidote – Ruqya from Black Magic, Jinn,Witchcraft, Sihr, Sorcery, Evil Eye and the like as well as other harmful things. The collection has been recommended by the likes of Allama Shah Waliullah Dehlawi (May Allah have mercy upon him) and Shaykh Zakariyyah Khandehlawi (May Allah have mercy upon him). Some have recommended that it should simply be recited once in the morning and once in the evening.
