If you are like most people, you probably have a hard time fitting a workout into your daily schedule.

We all have our own priorities, but fact is, no matter how busy you are, you should still be able to add a workout into your daily routine.

Let me show you a few examples on how you can arrange your day so you will get at least a 10-15 min workout, every day!

What do you think of that?

1. Be prepared

First off, you need be prepared. And in order to be prepared, you need to plan your day. The evening before is where it all begins.

Start by taking out your clothes and put them on a chair next to your bed. After that, pack your brief case and then deal with other important tasks you feel you need to have control over for the upcoming day.

2. Write a list

Another thing you need to do is to write a list on what things you are going to accomplish the following day. This is a great tip that are being used by successful businessmen all over the world, and if it works for them, why would it not work for you?

3. Grooming

Another good tip is to shave the evening before, since this well save you a lot of time, and probably cuts and rashes, which you often get when you shave in a hurry.

4. Get up earlier

Yeah, I know, it is a pain in the ass to have to get up earlier. But honestly, it will do you a lot of good, I promise. Set the clock to 40 min earlier than usual.

5. The next 40 min.

Min 1-5: Go straight to the kitchen and get half a protein shake in your system.

Min 5-14: Go over your notes and preparations from the night before. Make sure everything is in place and that nothing is missing. Take out the breakfast and put it on the counter.

Min 14-29: Perform a fast and effective circuit workout in the comfort of your own home.

Min 30-39: Take a hot shower and relax for a few minutes.

Min 40: Get dressed and then hit the kitchen for a world-champion breakfast.

6. Why morning workouts works best for you

- When you have done your morning workout, you are then done for the day. No more concerns or worries on how to fit a workout into your schedule.

- When you get home from work you can spend some extra quality time with your family, you can watch your favorite TV-shows, etc. The possibilities are endless!

- Research is showing that short and intense circuit workouts release a good amount of endorphins, which is a hormone that, for instance, controls your mood.

So when you release endorphins, you will be in a better mood. By doing morning workouts – you will without a doubt be in a good mood throughout the rest of the day!

- According to several studies, physical activity actually increases productivity. Quite the opposite to what most people believe, a morning workout will not get you tired and unfocused – it will get you a lot more focused and productive!

So before you find another excuse to why you were not able to perform a workout today, ask yourself if it really is the time that is the problem, or if it is something else?

Follow these tips and take control of your life.

Are you still using all the same “over the counter” acne treatments? If so then you are one of the many people in this world still not seeing any results. The great news for you is that you no longer have to settle for all the “over the counter” treatments. With the help of the internet, you are now able to find all the latest treatments that will get rid of acne fast.

You no longer have to settle for acne treatments that take weeks and weeks to work. Most of your “over the counter” acne treatments take a long time before you see any results. The reason for this is simple. All of your “over the counter” treatments are very bland. They are not made for a specific type of skin. For that reason, it will take a while before your skin starts to react to the acne treatment.

It use to be that the only way you were able to find an acne cure treatment that was made for you type of skin was to see you local doctor. Although this was very efficiant, it was also very expensive. Any kind of prescribed treatment would cost you a fortune. Then you have to add in the fact that you would have to pay for your doctor’s vistit. Between the visit and the medicine, you could easily spend a couple hundred dollars.

The secret is to find an acne treatment that will work for your skin type. If you find the right acne cure treatment, you will be able to get rid of acne in three days or less. There are several companies out there now that will spend more time on researching how to develop a much better acne treatment. The only problem is that most of the companies willing to develope a better treatment is that they are still to small of a company to market their product in the larger stores. This is where the internet comes in. All the smaller companies will rely on the inertent to be able to sell their latest treatments. Also, since they can’t afford to market their products in the larger chains, they will rely on a great product to ensure your repeat and referral business.

Thanks to the internet, you are now able to find all the latest treatments that will get rid of acne in 3 days or less. So stop waisting your time on all those “over the counter” acne treatments that don’t work.

If you’ve got the space in your kitchen, and old mason jars or Tupperware you’re intent on putting to good use, why not sprout your own wheat berries? This makes for a great experiment for the single person with time on their hands, or someone who’s looking for a DIY science experiment to do with the kids! Home sprouting wheat also means providing up to five times more vitamins, all while lowering costs substantially.

Wheat grass can also be used for pets. How many times have your dogs headed outside to settle a tummy ache with some delicious grass from your lawn? Too many, so give them a little home grown treat instead.

You will need the following:

- Old Jam jars, mason jars, sturdy Tupperware, or large glass mugs.
- Rubber pants, or ribbon
- Mesh screening
- Rack so your sprouts can hang upside down

Start by filling a jar of wheat berries with cool water. They should be packed in quite dense, so they soak up the liquid nicely. Take your mesh screening, and rubber bands and cover the berries and place in a cool place [think the bank of cupboard, not the fridge..] Keep wheat berries for 48 hrs, stirring occasional to mix things up. After two days replace water. Notice any changes? Good! Your berries are sprouting! It’s important you change the water, and keep mixing or you will have one stinky science experiment that you WON’T be able to use. You can store your wheat berries in the fridge for up to a week, but after that they WILL go bad! If you don’t plan on using them for awhile, remember to freeze them for a rainy day.

When you’ve successfully sprouted your berries, there are tons of things you can do to enjoy them. Bake a thick, lovely loaf of whole wheat bread to enjoy with jam and butter. Do-it-yourself sprouted grains hold more nutrients and are far easier to digest, and some folks believe that sprouted wheat can be tolerated by those who have a wheat allergy. Who wouldn’t want a chance to enjoy a hot loaf of whole wheat French bread with clotted cream and perseveres? Sprouting wheat is the perfect way to simplify your kitchen, get back to the basics, and provide you, your family, and friends with wholesome and nutritious food at over half the cost you’d spend at the grocery store.

It does not take a lot of major changes in a person’s life in order to lose weight fast. A simple tweaking in the schedule here and there can contribute a lot to a successful weight loss campaign. A bit of open-mindedness is needed to pull this off, and many people have already lost a lot of weight painlessly and relatively faster than they would have if they enrolled in a gym or subscribed to the popular diets. The key to a successful weight loss campaign is to burn off more calories than a person can consume. The need to strike up a balance between food intake and exercise is therefore necessary. Here are some of the more popular tips on how to lose weight fast.

1. The person who wants to lose weight must keep away from or limit portions of food that can make him or her feel hungry. This includes sugar, sugary foods (cakes and pastries,) sugar enriched drinks (sodas or bottled beverages,) and the entire lot of carbohydrates products. The last one should be limited to one or two portions at the most per meal. Bread, rice, corn, oatmeal and other grain products are all carbohydrates, so portions should be limited but never really eradicated from the diet. Instead of giving up on bread completely, the person can simply switch to rye bread or sour dough loaf. These two aforementioned bread types do not have sugar as ingredient.

Rice, corn, oatmeal and other grain products must be limited to half-cup portions per meal (a 6 small meal per day diet works best.) And these should never be in combination with each other. If the person wants to have oatmeal for breakfast, then skip the bread for the next meal. If bread is favored now, then the person should reserve the rice for later. To make losing weight go faster, the person can simply substitute other food types for their carbohydrate intake. Great substitutes for this would be fresh fruits and vegetables. However, if the sweet tooth cannot be controlled, it would be best for the person to start using artificial sweeteners, or sugar free products.

2. Walking is a great cardiovascular exercise, as with climbing the stairs. However, studies show that fidgeting all day can help burn off as much energy as running a quarter mile. If the person’s home or place of work is nearby, waking up a little earlier than usual to walk there is already a great way of burning calories. Bicycling to and from home is also great, and can even save the person a lot of money on gas. If these are not likely options to take as of the moment, the person can also lose weight fast by simply taking the longer route to the classroom / office. Climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator is a good example. Instead of asking someone else to take the papers to another department, the person can do this task by himself / herself. These little changes can burn more calories than simply sitting in front of the table the whole day.

Stretching, getting up from the table to do a bit of walking, and even shaking the hands can give bursts of much needed energy to the person while burning a few calories at the same time.

There can’t be many of us without fond memories of that feeling of conquering a particularly complex looking climbing frame at some point during our childhood. It looks like a mountain and is the cause of many bruises but how does it feel when you reach the top and look down on all the lesser kids who couldn’t quite make it?

Doesn’t it just make you feel superior? Doesn’t it make you want to sit up there for hours and enjoy the view, even if it is out over the local council estate, knowing that what you thought impossible actually wasn’t?

You see, a climbing frame is viewed by many as just a plaything for children but it is so much more. It is a whole learning experience in itself. Firstly, it poses challenges – real, physical challenges. You never see the fat kids at the top of the climbing frame! There are physical obstacles to be overcome to conquer this ‘plaything’. And these things have to be worked out in the mind – therefore we have mental challenges too.

Judging distance comes into play with spatial awareness. If these aren’t on form then more bruises are bound to be coming your way. Children will challenge themselves to reach a certain point and then push it further. Can you imagine how many times in their lives this ability will come in useful?

Every time they come to an obstacle in life they will be adept at working out solutions, mentally and physically, to overcome the obstacle. Ok, this isn’t all down to using a climbing frame but it’s certainly a good grounding in the basics.

There is also the flip side to this, of course. The one of failing. Failing is part of life, it’s one of the things that would spur a positive person on to beat failure. Nobody can get through life without experiencing failure in one form or another yet today’s PC world is set up to cushion our children from the feelings that come with failure. God forbid they should ever feel dejected or beaten and have to come up with their own coping mechanisms!

Protecting our children is of course important. But so is allowing them to experience real life, albeit in a protected manner that we can help them through. If this is not the case, they get to adult hood expecting everything to be a walk in the park and without the ability to deal with failure and move on.

It seems extreme but yes, a climbing frame in childhood would help. A simple plaything constructed of anything from old bits of rubbish in someone’s back garden to the full on, properly designed combinations of wood, plastic and metal that are deliberately designed to pose problems to a child that can be overcome with a little thought.

If a child feels failure in this way yet finds a way to overcome it, they will then have the basics to cope with similar experiences when they are older.

Another major factor in the importance of children’s outdoor toys is the exercise aspect. With all our worries of stranger danger and the advent of electronic toys that our children believe they can’t live without, children are becoming lazier. Add to that the convenience of fast food and you have fat kids facing a lifetime of health issues.

Get them out on a climbing frame and they are using muscles that would otherwise be wasting away stuck in front of a computer game. These muscles include the heart and lungs getting a thorough workout, leading to a healthier, productive adult better able to cope with all that life can throw at them.

Dumbells are available in the majority of gyms and they’re relatively inexpensive, which makes them ideal for use at home. Dumbells are usually used two at a time, one in each hand, for the purpose of increasing the user’s muscles and strength. Dumbells are available in a huge range of weights. They are weight training equipments and are a type of free weight. Dumbells are also good to work out with because they take stress off the joints and allows you to work out more of your muscles, so it really is good for your shoulders.

Weight training can help you build and tone muscles as well as lose weight. Weight training will reduce back pain and the risk of injury. This type of training exercise can be performed at the local gym or in the comfort of your own home. Weight plates are slid onto the outer portions of the dumbbell and secured with clips or collars in the case of adjustable dumbells. Through a combination of weight training and aerobic exercise, one can easily achieve greater physical conditioning.

Dumbells and barbells are both useful for exercising different muscle areas and maintaining a safe posture throughout a workout, but machines are almost always safer. Abdominal exercise equipment comes in different types and shapes, with both simple machines and complex ones.

However, they are all intended to target abdominal muscles with different body motions. Simple machines normally have only the basic roller while the complex ones consist of a complete workout bench with tension bands, leg rests and weights. Depending on the machine, resistance can be provided by the machines in both directions when the user pushes and pulls the exercise arms. Most fitness machines exercise opposing muscle groups on each side of the joint.

Dumbells are available in a huge range of weights. Dumbells are convenient exercise tools that just about everyone can use and benefit from. First, by nature of the design, the dumbells can be quite large and will take some getting used to when doing bicep curls and chest presses.

Adjustable dumbells are still the most popular style of dumbells on the market for home gyms and a good option if you can find them cheap enough. Also, dumbells are superior to other devices and machines because, as some of you have already mentioned, they force you to stabilize the weights with each arm independently using all muscles of the pectoral girdle, forearm and triceps. When you are comfortable with the execution, you can move to doing both dumbells are the same time.

Allen provides information on adjustable dumbells at his blog at http://adjustabledumbellsonline.com/
